    This guide to online shopping with Michael’s Fresh Fruit will be able to answer as many of your questions as possible.

    How do I make an online order?

    Please register online and create a user name and password. Orders need to be placed and paid for by 10pm Tuesday night. Orders received after this, will be delivered the following week unless prior arrangements have been made.

    How do I pay?

    You will be able to pay securely online through our system. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We are unable to accept cash or cheque payments on delivery.

    Is there a minimum order?

    Yes. The minimum order is $30

    When will my order be delivered?

    At this stage while the business is growing, we can only offer delivery to you every Thursday afternoon from 12-5pm. We hope to offer more times in the future.

    Do you do delivery to my area?

    We currently deliver to Wattle Glen; Hurstbridge; Yarrambat; Doreen; Mernda and South Morang. As interest increases we will look at expanding those borders.

    Will I need to be home for my delivery?

    You will not need to be home, just write a note at check out where to leave the order. However, by doing so you must acknowledge the fact that orders left at an unattended house may have the possibility of being stolen or damaged.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If circumstances have changed and you need to cancel an order please call us to discuss on 9725-4640

    Do you have a delivery fee?

    Delivery is FREE to the above listed areas (for orders above $30)

    What do I do if something is missing from my order?

    If something is missing from your order please contact us on 03 9725-4640 and we will arrange for it to be delivered to you as soon as possible or a credit will be made to your next order.

    If I am unhappy with something in my order, what do I do?

    We pride ourselves on providing you quality, fresh produce. At times, produce may not last as long as it usually does due to weather conditions and how it was grown etc. If something arrives to you and it is out of date; in poor quality or damaged, please contact us via email info@michaelsfreshfruit.com.au or (03) 9725 4040 and we will discuss the problem with you and organise a solution.
